What kind of perfume does deena wear

And for that, we're unabashed fans. Britney Spears —I have all of hers. Do you like cologne on guys? If guys don't have a scent, it's just weird. I like It's shaped like a guy. What are some of your favorite everyday smells? Cotton candy. I like sweet and I feel like people love sweet. Like spicy Orientals or something woodsy.

Is that not feminine enough to you? I don't like anything strong that smells like old ladies. That's why I'm going for the sweet because old ladies don't smell sweet. How do you put on perfume? For the club, I do [mimes the same, then lifts leg and mimes spraying crotch]. What are your must-have beauty products? Sometimes if I don't have perfume, I spray that on. And eyelashes. I do one strip for day and two or three at night. I even sleep in them sometimes, so I feel pretty when I sleep.

Bottom line, he died. I kept the idea of wanting to work with an architect. There is a great, young architect called Thomas Heatherwick. I asked him if he would something for me.

I gave him complete freedom. I just asked that he make a beautiful object—something that women would want to hold and embrace—almost like a trophy.

I had in mind Marilyn holding the perfume; Marilyn putting her finger in front of the mirror closing her eyes and she puts some perfume on. When you go through the filter of a memory, you keep the emotion.

The smell is going to be completely different. Your skin even exudes the heat. I was born and raised in Paris—and what is a Parisian?

In Paris, for the longest time, freedom has always been our identity—our culture. We always had everything in Paris—from jewelry, to clothes, to scents. So, the real Parisian was never faithful to a one brand. So, the same thing for fragrance; I was feeling, you cannot not give a choice.

You have to accept that people are not going to be faithful. Even if they like you—when it comes down to something that is so much about identity and intimacy—you have to give a choice.

Even a woman is not the same woman everywhere. What I love about fragrance the most is that fragrance and music are the only two things—that for some reason—the minute you spray it, or the minute you smell it, or the minute you hear it, it brings you back exactly to a moment.

It travels, it takes you exactly to that moment. Absolutely, [and with] fragrances in particular. For instance, every time I smell Eau Sauvage, it immediately brings me back to being five-years-old and my father hugging me. And it will never change. A song does that too. If I hear a particular song, it will bring me back to a certain mood.
