Hello yomi, I rooted my phone but still the Glo bus did not work. I got the 99 top up deal with a Blackberry where BIS is included for the duration of the contract. Because of work related purposes I had to take the BES instead and with some hassle it was activated. I left my work and when I cancelled my BES because I have no use of it any more being under the impression my BIS is part of my 2 year contract and it should be fairly easy to activate it.

I phoned and spoke to a guy at your call center that is informing me that I have to pay to have my BIS now. He stated that it was never part of my contract.
